Can a Judge order me to not carry my weapon
« on: September 18, 2015, 11:35:54 AM »
I am going through a custody battle and during the course of the hearing the opposing attorney brought up the fact that my current wife and I have a CHL.  There has never been any violence, threats or anything of that nature.  My wife and I are very cautious about carrying and in fact I think my wife does not carry enough.  The order that was written by the opposing attorney states that it was ordered that no weapons were to be carried during the drop off or pick up of the children.  Can a judge order that no weapons be carried if there was no basis for it?  I feel this is a violation of my constitutional right and the judge is over stepping her boundaries and the opposing attorney is taking a few liberties with writing the order.

You need to REPOST this in the "Ask The Lawyers" forum to get a quick response..  I don't think any of us is qualified to answer this one.
