Upcoming travel to Nevada part Deux
« on: December 15, 2015, 11:00:58 PM »

Evenin Lawyers!

previously Y'all were very helpful on my questions about CC traveling to Las Vegas

Trying to *BUMP* this up for yet another question / same topic

THANKS by the way for Y'all's previous timely response!

Same trip to Vegas coming up - I would not want to leave any weapon in my hard saddlebag for 3 days at the hotel - what's your take on my ability to legally carry direct to my room and stow the weapon there until I head back to Texas?

THANKS in advance!

Katfish

Katfish,

When moving the handgun from your saddlebag to the hotel room, you should be aware that a handgun may not be concealed upon one’s person. A weapon hidden under one’s clothing or in a container carried by the person would be illegal. However, a handgun secured in a gun case is not considered concealed, so if you had to transport from your motorcycle to the hotel room this would be the proper and legal way.
