Me: Because you never know when you'll be attacked by some ax-wielding maniac in a 7-11.
We just had a kidnapping and torture using an axe last weekend and I will never let the beheading in Moore Oklahoma that potus says is just workplace violence. Look at the knife attacks in China and Israel etc.
Edged weapons are no joke. I deal with them daily. Just don't get where the gun is the only option. Sometimes distance and opportunity must be earned. Probably preaching to the choir but ....
