What is the law concerning Gun bulges and Printing of the outline of our Handguns under our Shirts???

The law is 'intentionally display to another person'.  'Printing'/bulges don't count. :)

Yes, the law was amended a year or so ago to relieve the worry people had about printing when carrying.  If someone guesses that you are carrying because they see a slight bulge or outline under your shirt so what?  You are not in trouble on that score.

Bulging under clothing caused by a concealed handgun, or “printing” as it is called (a term that does not appear in the law), is not an inherently illegal act. As switch correctly pointed out, it is illegal to intentionally display your handgun in plain view of another person in a public place. With that definition, accidental displays (reaching up for something on the top shelf and your shirt comes up), and printing should not be illegal. However, the law does not define what “display” means, nor what “intentionally” means in this context, so there’s plenty of gray areas (which would be decided in a court room); therefore, the best advice is to try and keep the gun as concealed as possible.
