MEMBERS, READ THIS BEFORE ASKING THE ATTORNEYS A QUESTION
« on: October 02, 2014, 10:05:31 AM »
Greetings Members,

We greatly appreciate your involvement with building out this forum and making it a viable place for firearms owners to find answers to their legal questions.  With that said, keep in mind that the firearms program attorneys are very engaged with member cases and producing new content and you may not receive an immediate answer.

In the "Ask The Lawyers" forum, only independent program firearms attorneys should give legal advice or answers to legal questions. If you have asked a question in this forum, look for an answer from user TexasLawShield to ensure you are getting a response from an actual independent firearms program attorney. We can not endorse nor verify answers from any other users.

Be sure that before you ask a question, you use the search feature to see if your question has been asked and answered already!

Also, keep in mind that this forum is a place where questions can be interacted with over time.  If you have a question that requires an immediate answer, PLEASE call the office, (877) 448-6839 so that we can put you in touch with an independent program attorney.

Further, please keep in mind that each circumstance may be different and although this is a general discussion of the law, it should not be considered legal advice for you or any other situation. If you have any legal questions make sure you contact a licensed lawyer, or, members better yet, if you have a question we can get you in contact with one of our independent firearms program attorneys who will be happy to answer your firearms questions.

Thanks for the reminder.  I can imagine with the increased volume of CHL applications and the consequent subcribers to US Law Shield, the forums are becoming congested.

Is it possible to post a few stickies dealing with FAQ?  Would that help?

Staidan,

Thanks for the comment and suggestion.  An FAQ is a great idea.  We'll add that to the list for ways to improve here.  Again, thanks for the suggestion.
