In this article it is basically stating that the police trainer is stating that after dark you can use deadly force to defend a statue. I find that irresponsible and my interpretation and training that if you are only defending your property (not someone else's mind you- which the statues would be) - that you are going to be guilty armed conflict / homicide if you confront them with a weapon and or shoot/kill someone.
Am I correct from my training or is the police trainer ?
