If I change countys in colorado, do I need a new CCW?

It says they are issued by the Sheriff of a particular county and they are good for 5 years.... but does that mean that if I move before the 5 years is up I'll have to get another CCW?

Jcllings,

Within 30 days, you must notify the sheriff’s department in which you obtained the permit.  Upon providing notice, your permit remains valid.  Failure to notify the sheriff of your change in address is a class 1 petty offense.

Within 120 days prior to the expiration of your permit, you will need to obtain and submit a renewal form to the sheriff of the county where you are currently living.
