Would US LawShield cover this situation?
« on: August 19, 2019, 11:55:51 AM »
I'll post a link to this story out of Florida but basically a man with a CCW in Florida had his CCW revoked and his firearms seized by the Sheriff's office because his name matched the name of an alleged drug dealer who threatened a woman renting a room from that drug dealer.

The CCW holder's name matched the drug dealer exactly but other than being white, they did not look alike. He will have to wait for a day in court and then petition to have his firearms returned from the Sheriff. All of this without him ever having a run in with the law, or being in court, NO DUE PROCESS! This is based on the red flag law passed in Florida in 2018.
