I have kids in daycare and I wanted to know if it is legal to carry a concealed firearm inside the daycare when I pickup my kids

by the way, I spoke to the manager of the daycare and she said that she didn't know if it was legal or not, but she didn't mind if I did.

It is legal to carry your concealed firearm at the daycare when you pick up your kids. It is actually illegal for the daycare owner to possess firearms on the daycare's property, but it is fine for people coming in and out of the daycare.

However, this is true only as long as the daycare is not a licensed preschool, in which case it could arguably be considered an educational institution where possession is outlawed outright.
