Texas Reciprocal CHL Laws in Oklahoma
« on: February 26, 2014, 09:55:24 AM »
I am going to travel to Oklahoma, and I would like to get a rundown of what is legal and what is not while carrying with a Texas Resident and/or Florida Non-Resident CHL when visiting our northern neighbor.
Your help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Chaostopher

Thanks for the question.

Carrying in OK with a TX CHL is no different than carrying there with an OK license.  You are subject to the same rules.  You can find all the laws on the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation website in convenient PDF form.  We also have provided a summary of the laws on our U.S. Law Shield of Oklahoma page.

Hope this helps.
